The 9th Annual Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Appreciation Brunch

It was the 9th Annual Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Appreciation Celebration! Each year we take time to honor the glue that keeps families together!

Sponsored by @walmart , @aarpflorida , Miami Gardens Councilwoman Lady @shannan_ighodaro , and @grgamiami , this event allowed us to honor our elders and them their flowers.

We also awarded two Founder’s Scholarships in honor of our Founder, Ms. Flora Johnson.

Food was provided by @lornascaribbean , entertainment by KennediNikol, and an encouraging address by Miami Gardens Councilman @rlstephens3_
